Terms of Service
Last updated 12 October 2026
These terms govern your use of maydaysound.com and the purchase of our digital music products. By using the site or buying a product, you agree to them.
Who we are
Mayday Sound (“we”, “us”) sells digital music products — releases, sample packs, and video tutorials — through maydaysound.com. You can reach us at [email protected].
Accounts
You sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping access to it secure.
What you buy and what you receive
Our products are digital goods delivered as downloads; there is nothing shipped to you. For every product, the shop listing states the format and contents, and your library keeps the files available after purchase.
- Releases (Digital Series). Full-quality audio files of the release, available to download immediately after payment.
- Sample packs. The complete archive of the pack (its one-shots, loops, and stems), delivered as a single download.
- Tutorials. The video lesson file, available to stream and download.
Vinyl is not sold on this site; vinyl enquiries are handled through the label’s Instagram.
Licence for downloads
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to the downloaded files. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly re-upload them.
Samples inside a sample pack may be used royalty-free in your own productions, but you may not repackage or resell them, alone or as part of another sample library.
Prices, VAT, and fees
Prices are shown in euro. The amount charged at checkout includes the VAT that applies to your purchase and the payment provider’s fee; the cart shows this offset as its own line. The listing price is the amount the label keeps.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by Creem through its hosted checkout. Your payment is also subject to Creem’s own terms and privacy policy.
Delivery
Access to your download is granted as soon as your payment is confirmed, and the product appears in your library.
Right of withdrawal and refunds
EU consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. Because our products are digital content supplied immediately, by completing checkout you ask us to deliver them right away and acknowledge that you lose that withdrawal right once delivery begins. Digital sales are therefore final.
This does not affect your rights if something is wrong: if a file is faulty, incomplete, or not as described, or you were charged in error, contact [email protected] and we will resolve it — fixing the download or refunding you.
Content and intellectual property
All music, artwork, videos, and other content on the site belongs to Mayday Sound or the artists who made it. You may not scrape, copy, or redistribute it except as these terms allow.
Liability
We work to keep the site and downloads available, but we provide them “as is” and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of your country of residence.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
